These you have loved: there have been many historic moments in Cambridge United's 100 year-plus history, and some of them are still with us thanks to the magic of the camera. On 18 May 2014 at Wembley, Ryan Donaldson bent in a superb free kick to put the U's 2-0 up in the Conference play-off final against Gateshead. United were just minutes away from promotion back to the Football League after a nine-year spell in non-League.

Another treasured Wembley moment … it's 26 May 1990 and the U's are up against Chesterfield in the first ever play-off final at the national stadium. At stake is a place in Division 3. It's goalless when Chris Leadbetter jogs over to take a corner …

Wembley yet again, and this time it's youngster Liam Hughes in the limelight. It's the 2014 Conference play-off final against Gateshead and U's fans are nervously awaiting the first goal. Ryan Donaldson is involved again, this time as creator.

It's that man Dion Dublin again. John Beck's United are playing Ron Atkinson's star-studded Sheffield Wednesday side in the fifth round of the FA Cup at the Abbey Stadium. No one gives the U's a chance, but they run out winners by a staggering 4-0.
